Return and Refund Policy

Baratora really cares for you! That’s right, we promote “value for money”. If we don’t satisfy your preferences with our products, you may exchange, return or get a  refund. Please read the guidelines below on how to return, replace or refund your purchased products.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

  • LACK OF ITEM DELIVERED
  • The claim must be reported to us upon delivery or within the day of receipt.
  • Keep the packaging and pouch intact.
  • Take photo of the actual item delivered and waybill.
  • WRONG ITEM DELIVERED
  • The claim must be reported to us within the day of receipt or up to the following day.
  • The product is NOT USED or DAMAGED by misuse.
  • Tags and labels are complete and attached.
  • Take photo of the actual item delivered.
  • CHANGE OF PREFERRED ITEM
  • The request must be reported to us within the day of receipt or up to the following day.
  • The product is NOT USED or DAMAGED by misuse.
  • Tags and labels are complete and attached.
  • DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM UPON DELIVERY OR RECEIPT
  • The claim must be reported to us within the day of receipt or up to the following day.
  • The product is NOT USED or DAMAGED by misuse.
  • Tags and labels are complete and attached.
  • NOT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT
  • The claim must be reported to us within the day of receipt or up to the following day.
  • The product is NOT USED or DAMAGED by misuse.
  • Tags and labels are complete and attached.

VALIDITY OF RETURN

IMPORTANT NOTICE: “ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION, ALL TAGS AND LABELS ARE COMPLETE AND ATTACHED, USED PRODUCTS OR DAMAGED BY MISUSE ARE NO LONGER VALID FOR RETURN OR REFUND.”

Items that are eligible for returns should be shipped back to the return address we will give to you within seven (7) calendar days. All items sold after this period is no longer accepted for return or refund.

Please note that the warranty only covers the “MECHANISM” of the product and not for damaged parts or scratches due to misusage. (Please read the warranty card for more detailed information of the terms and condition regarding the warranty of our products.)
